Intention, Intuition, Immunity versus Prescription, Prediction, and Persuasion
Nobody who reads the alternative press will question that our survival as free individuals, is being threatened, distorted and tested. Little did any of us know 3 years ago that what we read, watch and experience would be so very important for us to discern, study and understand, now.
Nevertheless, once we realize that every aspect of life, which we take for granted, needs to be recognized, revered, and protected, we start gathering as many positive resources as we can while building our spiritual, intellectual and physical strengths.
As I am sure all of you know, if you read the alternative press, then you grow a yearning for as much truth as you can absorb, to help you live through the monstrous maze of madness and diligently prepare for what is possibly to come. Then, when the daily events continue to zero in on your life, your mind, heart, and spirit are over flowing with the kind of options that support your path forward.
Intention, Intuition, Immunity versus Prescription, Prediction, and Persuasion
In July of 1968 my mother arranged for me to have my first astrology reading with a woman by the name of Erika Hersey. She lived in a high rise on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. I was 18 years old, just out of high school and interested.
I still remember sitting in front of Erika as she spilled out my future. It was a little overwhelming to listen to her long vision with colorful predictions; one of them being that I would have an accident which would change my life.
Walking out from the building, I felt perplexed, as she didn’t offer me any way out from that accident taking place. In her words it was inevitable that it would happen. But she didn’t tell me when that would be, what to watch for, how to prepare and what kind of accident I would have.
So, from that moment on the thought of having an accident became a dominant, yet subtle paranoia to my reality, which I was determined to avoid—everyday, I prayed, and practiced good deeds but still wondered when that accident would happen.
And, finally, there it was, 3 years later. One October early afternoon, freely, jogging down Northern Avenue, in Mill Valley, California; I tripped over myself, on to the black asphalt, falling hard on both knees. Big deep, splits, underneath the knee caps, exactly the same. . . “Ouch! Tears! Lots of blood! Why?! What was I thinking about! Did I do something bad!”
I hobbled back to my little redwood house, boiled salt water on my hot plate and bathed and prayed over my knees over the weekend. It was a Thursday. . .
Diverting from my topic:
The left knee was oozing, swollen, more than the right knee, and on the third day I started hallucinating from the pain.
Then, after 4 days I was not good. By Monday, I needed help, and was rescued by neighbors, who took me to Marin General Hospital. There, the doctor told me that gangrene had set in my left knee and was spreading. Luckily, they caught the infection before it entered my lymph gland; they operated, cleaned the big holes every day with pieces of road, and shot me up with massive amounts of antibiotics, which took my body years to heal from. Luckily, I kept my leg.
Being 21, in 1971, I was not a hippie, but I was a very independent, and naively confident student of life, studying alternative healing, raw food diets, herbs, Ek Ong Kar-soul travel, Edgar Cayce, the science of Mazdaznan, Yoga, Buddhism and astrology; and I was going to the College of Marin studying music, chemistry and Tai Chi . . .
Diversion over:
So, it finally happened; and as much as I suffered, at the time, it wasn’t long before I realized how glad I was that that accident I dreaded was over!
One of the many things this accident taught me, was: sharing confirmed predictions, is the same as giving a prescription, and persuading someone to believe in whatever it is that predictor invokes. An astrologer and those who serve others, need to be very careful of this, but also, so do those people who are selling and giving away the toxic, deadly vaccines.
Feeling righteous from an entitled sense of privilege is a dangerous, disrespectful and disempowering endeavor, which causes a domino effect throughout society.
In sharing beliefs, insights, and self-affirmed predictions and prescriptions without making ethically moral conditions which might be wrong, that they misjudged the efficacy, that people might be injured, or their lives destroyed, is unhuman.
In not offering to make amends or offer appropriate support—to the extent of the harm caused—if such and such predictions, insights, products and beliefs cause distrust, self-abuse without awareness or death, is unhuman.
Especially for young people, who have little knowledge (if at any) experience or idea of what and who they are, the unethical practice of encouraging predictions, giving out prescriptions and persuading them to trust you, is betrayal at its worst.
Whatever your skills of service are, it is a divine blessing to help someone see the hidden shadow within, while addressing their higher consciousness, hidden resources, unseen directions and available resolutions which have disappeared, when given prescriptions, predictions and persuasions, from a world gone insane. Calling upon your gifts of Intention, Intuition, and higher immune intelligence gives us each what we need to see clearly, stand-up and sanctify our path, the path of humanity, forward.
As an astrologer, teacher, counselor and friend, it is an honor, to introduce some of the ways we can safely navigate the world while cleverly utilizing the messages received from the astrological developments taking place right now.
In the next post, I will discuss the upcoming Uranus, North Node and Mars conjunction in the sign of Taurus, in opposition to the South Node in Scorpio, with some promised lessons.
As, Dr. Toby Rogers says, Blessings to the Warriors. Wishing you all peace, love and freedom!
