Uranus Finally Moves Ahead
Today, is February 6th, Uranus went direct at 27-degrees Taurus a few days ago.
Taurus is the sign of values, personal, social, financial, cultural, religious and spiritual values. It is the sign where we develop the meaning and desire for those values in our life, which give us the most secure, happy and affordable lifestyle in harmony and at peace with the world around us.
Having planets in Taurus, and the 2nd house, provide us with strong values regarding that planet. And when there is a planet transiting over those natal planets in Taurus and the 2nd house, the archetypal influences of that planet, depending on what it is, and how long that transit is, will often take some extra focus, and time to work with.
Here is the chart on February 3rd, the day Uranus went direct at 27-degrees Taurus. Even though the chart is placed in New York, the houses are only accurate for that location. Thus, in residing anywhere else, the houses are irrelevant.
From July 7th last year, until February 3rd Uranus has been going retrograde from 0-degrees Gemini. It will now move very slowly and spend an extra several days at the last anaretic degree of Taurus before it enters Gemini on April 25th, where it will be transiting until 2032. The aneretic degree is the most volatile degree of all degrees in a sign
With all of the electrical planetary transits taking place at this time—Pluto in Aquarius now for the next 20 years, Neptune in Aries for the next 14 years, and Saturn now entering Aries for the next 3 years on February 14th--I find this direct placement with Uranus, the most intense.
This is because at 27-degrees Taurus, Uranus is in an exact square with the US Moon at 27-degrees Aquarius while also for the next several weeks, all inner planets are transiting in Aquarius square Uranus at the same degree. This includes Mercury, Venus and Mars, and also the Sun.
This chart has the US Sibley chart inside, and the February 3rd chart outside.
Starting at this time, as the planet speeds up very slowly, Uranus will now be more and more shaken awake with instinctual rebellious releases at the last degrees in Taurus that have been suppressed for the last 8 years, as it prepares for its move into the raw, airy, unchartered realm of mutable, electrifying Gemini, which the US also has its Uranus at 8-degrees, and Mars at 21-degrees.
In 2019 when Uranus entered Taurus, I could feel a very stuck fixed energy in the surrounding environment. Uranus in the fixed sign that doesn’t-like-to-change, no-motivation-to-move (the) earth, felt like a boulder in my tracks. It didn’t do much more in the last 8 years, other than make chaotic disruptions to set-values founded on taken-for-granted trust, which in truth, needed our attention and scrutiny but were a bit shocking and frustrating, at first.
Well, after 8 years, Uranus has done what was expected of it. It has and continues to bring down the house of traditional values, stirring people to feel more restraint in their lives (most especially during the Covid hoax). It has pushed people to think twice about their finances and buying a house, investing in a business and sending their kid off to college.
Uranus in Taurus, in actuality, has postponed life for a lot of people, while capturing humanity to feel threatened as they held tight to tried-n-true traditional values related to society, finances, health care, education and food but have been and now are feeling more and more unhinged from what the so-called normal society has called values.
Thus, it isn’t hard to believe that Uranus in Taurus, could be the preparation for a revolution. Although, it will not get to that until Uranus goes into Gemini, and possibly when Mars and Jupiter do their dance in Leo for several months from November to April 2027.
Taurus represents the material environment in which we live; which allows us to feel secure, and enables us to make a living, build a safe, comfortable place to live, to raise a family.
We often define our values in terms of the cultural, social, educational, religious and economic status we were brought up in.
In other words, we are a reflection of the Taurus physical-material environment, of our past and present world.
Since 2019 when Uranus went into the sign of Taurus a second time, on March 6th, Venus, the ruler of Taurus and the 2nd house, was square Uranus at 2-degrees Aquarius. Of course this is no big deal, as Venus has an orbit around the Sun of only 7 months, and it is in 2 square aspects, and 1 opposition aspect with Uranus each year. So, since March 2019, Venus has had a number of hard aspects with Uranus.
But a few interesting observations that I have noticed, is that when Venus was in a hard aspect with Uranus since March 2019, there have been major shake-ups in regards to markets, precious metals, fiat currencies and the Federal Reserve.
Here are just a few headlines from 2019 when Uranus went into Taurus:
August 2019 Financial Market – Venus in Leo Square Uranus in Taurus 6-degrees:
–-US Markets Plummets in Their Worst Day in 2019 . . . The Dow tumbles 800 points as investors worry about the global economy, the US-China trade war and Brexit.
– Lebanese Liquidity Market . . . Wikipedia
October 2019 – Venus in Scorpio Opposite Uranus Retrograde 6-degrees

And here are 2 presearch.com pages on the different financial issues that have taken place over the last few years. 1, when Venus squared Uranus in Taurus, from the other fixed signs of Leo and Aquarius, and, 2 when Venus, was in opposition in Scorpio.
In other words, markets would shift when Venus was either square or opposite Uranus in Taurus throughout the whole 8 years.
Here is Dr.Stanley’s.com Uranus in Taurus Transit and Retrograde degrees since 2018.
And as Uranus has transited through the 3 decanates (3, 10 degree segments=30degrees) of the sign of Taurus, the squares and oppositions with Venus have taken place as Venus has transited to later and later degrees of the sign it was in.
Well, right now Venus is once again square Uranus at 27-degrees in the sign of Aquarius, where the US Moon is. This is a closing square, and rightly so. Venus will not square Uranus in Taurus again until 2102.
I kind of feel this is a big deal for a few reasons:
Venus rules Taurus and Uranus in Taurus. Venus and Uranus are in each other’s signs—they are in mutual reception, meaning they are one in their intent, even though they are in a hard aspect. The planets support each other, in these signs.
Venus in Aquarius represents the AI technology bubble, which many have said, could soon burst. It could also be related to the massive budget for weapons’ technology companies such as Palentir and its 30 million dollar contract with the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement—ICE.
Venus in Aquarius conjunct the US Moon at 27-degrees and square Uranus (the planet of protest) is the people protesting as a collective, especially the kids (due to the recent full moon in Leo=kids), at this time, against ICE. Even though a good number of the protest organizers have been paid for by various opposition groups trying to make the government look even worse than it is, as discussed in this Liberty Sentinel substack Rallying Against ICE, Students Across US Join the Revolution
by Alex Newman:
These campus activists, often aligned with broader progressive networks, expanded their efforts through the website NationalShutdown.org, which claims over 1,000 organizations endorsed the shutdown. Many well-known (and well-funded by the establishment) outfits, including some with ties to CIA-linked “color revolutionaries,” joined in.
Venus in Aquarius represents the spiritual connection we have to one another to join together for peace on earth, and goodwill to all human beings.
As the ruler of Taurus, Venus is painfully birthing a revolution of human values, as it squares Uranus. (thank Adam Elenbaas for the phrase)
Uranus in Taurus, where it has not been at home, has been stuck to express its full intent for freedom, or the decentralized network of digital evolution, or no-limit to how high Gold can go.
In Taurus Uranus has caused a great deal of chaos in the financial world of markets, fiat currency, the dollar, the Fed and the dept. But not everyone has noticed this, as society and main stream social media has projected its usually “all is rosy, fine and wonderful”, as Donald Trump has expressed in so many words.
People have been lied to, and thus confused on the truth of what the real economy is doing. And the consequences are that many people have been feeling more insecure in their material existence, although they have not fully understood the extent of what has been, and is happening.
This is Uranus, especially now, that it has gone direct and will slowly for the next 3 months transit through the last degrees of Taurus, with an increasingly over-sized boulder of chaos, as it gathers speed and mud and falls down from the top of Mount Everest!
Thus, things are likely to get worse; which means more people losing their trust and confidence in the financial institutions, such as the banks, the Fed, the hedge funds, the oligarchs, and the corrupt politicians and the lobbyists who give money to the Congressman to perpetuate a coup against humanity’s wealth.
Not only has life been in a quagmire for a lot of people, along with the government controlled, and manipulated media propaganda behind Neptune and Saturn in Pisces, Uranus in Taurus has done a fabulous job of keeping the cosmic power-lines grounded, frozen and numb, while the technocrats speed ahead to become the .01% of the richest people in the world.
Not only has Uranus in Taurus been a main instigator of the screwed up financial system, it has done a lot more than make us count our pennies. It has been a main culprit of the de-dollarization of the US dollar. Bad monetary policies, during its transit through Taurus and before, are now at peak exposure.
And, now with Uranus stopped in its path of devolution at 27-degrees Taurus, you can bet that it won’t be holding back in any way, as it inches to April 25th when it enters the sign of Gemini, the sign of polarities, divisions, contending conversations, community problems and problem solving and civil war.
Uranus = radical revolts, protest, focus on freedom, networking, big dynamic changes generated by the people. Uranus rules Aquarius, with the same archetypes, in addition to the internet; all technologies, AI platforms and an enlightened collective.
In fact. with Venus now in Aquarius until very soon when it enters Pisces, and Uranus in Taurus, in each other’s sign, these planets are more than less, completely intertwined in their intent, function and actions. Plus, with Mars also transiting through Aquarius, and in a few weeks, conjunct the US Aquarius Moon at 27-degrees as well, it will energize these themes of Venus and Uranus, although it could also weaponize the chaos into something more intensively active.
Moon = the people, the nation, family, emotions, love, protection, nurturing and caring, and all types of bodies, and the subconscious.
With the inner planets and the Sun all conjunct at different times the US Moon in Aquarius at 27-degrees, square Uranus at the end of Taurus, it seems obvious the solar system has decided that we the people of the United States of America (Moon) need a great deal of planetary noise to get active.
Here is the line-up: Mercury on 5th and 6th square with Uranus, conjunct the US Moon, transiting Venus following on the 8th and 9th. Also, on the 16th, 17th and 18th, here comes the Sun and Mars follows on the 27th.
So, what does all this mean?
Uranus square the US Moon in Aquarius is the catalyst for the people to get active and protest, especially the youth, who are being pushed by the adults into the fight. These youth protests coincide with the recent full Moon in Leo opposite Aquarius that took place on Sunday, February 1st, demonstrating that some of our youth might feel a strong force within their great numbers to collectively express themselves out on the national stage.
The Full Moon at 13-degrees with the Sun in Aquarius, and Moon in Leo, represent kids from age 12 to around 18 years old coming together as a collective.
The birth of a big change is gestating and getting ready to be born, through radical movements which have been stuck for 8 long years, from Uranus in Taurus.
However, now with Uranus going forward, we should get ready for some major power-to-the-people-protests generated by the incredible youth and the awakened people of America!
There is no better demographic than teen-agers into their 20s, to make grass-roots change in the USA, even if it is adult agitated. They have not only the numbers, they have the collectively empowered guts to break down the walls of deceit, lies, apartheid, greed, hate, abuse, and control, and they have the innocence. But unfortunately, there will also be the ill-mannered, impatient and the psychologically manipulated political attendees to drive an aggressive delivery, as well.
Nevertheless, it is very likely that these radical protests, wildly activated by the transiting Uranus square, should escalate to and beyond the 17th of the month, at the time of the New Moon Solar Eclipse at 28--degrees Aquarius, conjunct the US Moon.
In summary, of the inner planets in transit:
Venus, which rules the sign of Taurus, and Uranus as it finishes up its transit in this sign, will square Uranus on the 8th and 9th. Venus in Aquarius, as ruler of Taurus and now Uranus, is all about the financial system falling over a monetary cliff, pushed by the fiat currency of the United States government money printing operations over the last 50 years, since the decoupling of the its tie to Gold. Funding wars has been expensive to the US, as since its founding in 1776, only 47 years of its 240-year life, has the country not been in a war with some other nation.
The really, really unfortunate reality—in addition to many young men dying in battle--is that all of the money printing to fund the wars, inflates and devalues the dollar.
Right now, the message is out, maybe it is because Mercury squares Uranus, but the whole wide world is experiencing the effects of Venus square Uranus, as the financial system of the planet, run by the major money powers, spirals out of control, through the universe.
I think that when Mars squares Uranus as it transits the last degrees of Aquarius and also squares the US Moon, it will be even a bigger explosion to the world. Mars will pump Uranus with red, hot war technologies, just created for the upcoming wars.
It is easy to see why, this would happen when Mars is transiting a conjunction with the US Moon in Aquarius, and square Uranus in Taurus. And that is because Mars is also transiting its opposition to Netanyahu’s Mars, which is conjunct Trump’s Mars at the end of Leo.
Mars = energy, aggression, initiation, selfishness, belligerence, wars, weapons, the hero, the dictator.
Leo = reckless independence, the showoff, the actor, the romantic, the friend; plays, kids, creating games of power, comrades, winners and losers, the theatrics.
In a recent Alex Krainer substack he unknowingly discusses the upcoming Uranus in Gemini duality-theme of the elite oligarchy and the people, democracy and dictatorship. In part-1 called West Under Oligarchs, Alex talks about today and equates it with the fall of Rome:
. . . “the world is increasingly engaged in a struggle between two systems of governance.” He contrasted the two systems as the open societies vs. closed societies. The same view has been affirmed by other Western officials including the former US Ambassador to NATO, Kurt Volker. He characterized the conflict as one between democracies and autocratic regimes or dictatorships.
However, in praising liberal democracies and demonizing dictatorships, people like Walker and Soros misrepresent the two systems, claiming that it is the autocratic regimes and dictatorships that are a threat to peace and liberty around the world. By contrast, experience shows that it is the crisis-prone Western democracies fomenting perpetual warfare around the world while increasingly embracing repressions and censorship at home. They have done so, not only over the last few decades, but since the birth of democracy, more than 2,500 years ago.
Democracies: in name only
In the Western world, we have been educated to celebrate and cherish democracy. Yet if we compare what our democracies deliver with what we’re told that they ought to deliver, we must acknowledge that they seem to deliver a lot of what the people dislike, like chronic crises and wars, while all too often failing to deliver what people do desire: peace, prosperity and security. That implies that at best, our democracies are ineffective at turning people’s aspirations into policies. At worst, they impede the democratic process by design. . .
. . . By contrast, economic elites are estimated to have a quite substantial, highly significant, independent impact on policy.” When, we might ask, do the ordinary people get the policies they favor? As Gilens and Page explained, even when 80% of the public favored some policy change, they only got that change when “those policies happen to also be preferred by the economic elites. ...” The implication of these studies is that the United States is in fact ruled by an oligarchy concealed behind the façade of democracy. The same is almost certainly true of most other western “democracies.”
This principle was discernible already since democracy’s birth. In Politics, Aristotle explained how, under democracy, creditors begin to lend money, demanding payment with interest. In this way, they acquire more and more wealth, turning democracy into an oligarchy. In making itself hereditary, the oligarchy then becomes an aristocracy.
Part-2, West Under Oligarchs, is about the “pathogenicity of oligarchic rule in Russia” during the 1990s.
Here is the last section:
In fact, the role of financial elites and debt has been consistently obscured in history and continues to be obscured to this day. For example, when Penguin Classics published the translation of Livy‘s “Civil War,” its editors omitted three key paragraphs of the original work which revealed that the ultimate cause of Punic Wars stemmed from usury and Rome’s ruinous overhang of unpayable debts. Given that Livy is our main source on Punic Wars, censoring his prose from a 2,000 years’ distance is in itself a revealing oddity.
Fortunately, however, modern historiography is beginning to catch up with these issues, formulating more substantive lessons of history for us to digest. Michael Hudson’s “The Collapse of Antiquity,” Michael Parenti’s “The Assassination of Julius Caesar,” and Terry Jones’ “The Barbarians,” which partly informed the writing of this article, are good examples of such scholarship.
Destructiveness of the Western system
Many still believe that the West has earned the privilege to lecture everyone else because our values, freedom, democracy, human rights, etc. We’ve achieved great technological progress, haven’t we? Maybe we never built pyramids and no longer build cathedrals, but we do build plenty of malls, warehouses and parking lots. And we are all equal before the law (some are more equal still), our property rights are almost inviolable, our freedom of expression is almost sacrosanct, and we have awesome stock markets!
However, we still have to acknowledge the pathogenicity of our system of governance which may be unique in humanity’s history: over the past 500 years, it has destroyed six major indigenous civilizations around the world and extinguished hundreds of nations, ethnicities, kingdoms and tribes. It’s depopulated vast swathes of the earth of its native populations and it continues to foment forever wars against all who oppose it. Our system of governance demands total submission and moves to destroy all who refuse to submit to it.
Noam Chomsky rightly said that, “Education is not memorizing that Hitler killed six million Jews. Education is understanding how millions of ordinary Germans were convinced that it was required. Education is learning to spot the signs of history repeating itself.”

Without Alex Krainer, knowing it, he discusses what will be one of the main themes of Uranus as it moves into the duality, polarity, contradictory, controversial, paradoxical sign of Gemini from April 25th until May 2032. And to add to the excitement, Uranus will also trine Pluto in Aquarius, sextile Saturn and Neptune in Aries, and sextile Jupiter as it moves into Leo in July.
